Applying for Grants, Donations and Healthcare Professional (HCP) Support

To apply for a grant or donation on behalf of a Healthcare Organisation, Patient Organisation or registered charity, or healthcare professionals seeking support to attend medical learned society conferences, please download and complete the application form below and send to [email protected].

Please complete the form with as much detail as possible. If you require further information, feel free to contact us at the above email address. Please note: Completing the form does not guarantee that your request will be granted.

Your application should include the following:

• A breakdown of your funding request where possible.
• Any other supporting information.
• Important: Applications should be submitted at least 8 weeks in advance of your funding requirement.
  Once your application is received, it will be reviewed by our Funding Governance Committee, which meets regularly to assess requests. You will be informed of the outcome following this review.

Please note:

• Britannia Pharmaceutical Ltd will only consider providing a grant or donation to a bonafide Healthcare Organisations (HCOs), Patient Organisations or registered charities.
• Any person requesting funding on behalf of an HCO should have prior permission and be able to response to any further requests for information.
• Requests Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) to fund attendance to a medical or scientific congress will be considered. Please note that only contributions toward membership rate registration fee, necessary travel and appropriate accommodation will be considered.
• Due to the limited budget in some cases only partial funding may be granted.
• Donations and grants to individuals are prohibited.
