Ordering and Delivery Schedule – April & May 2026

Britannia Pharmaceuticals Ltd is upgrading its financial and operational systems to SAP S/4HANA in May 2026. This transition marks a significant step forward for our company, enabling us to deliver enhanced capabilities and efficiencies, particularly in the supply chain area.

To enable a smooth implementation, we must close our month-end stocks and sales earlier than usual in May. As a result, temporary changes will apply to placing and receiving orders during April and May 2026.

Ordering and delivery deadlines

Mainland UK and Northern Ireland:

To guarantee delivery by 11th May 2026, all orders must be received by 12.00pm (noon) on 6th May 2026. Orders received post midday on 6th May 2026 will be processed week commencing 18th May 2026.

 

Scottish Highlands and Islands/Channel Islands/Isle of Man:

To guarantee delivery by 11th May 2026, all orders must be received by 12.00pm (noon) on 30th April 2026. Orders received post midday on 30th April 2026 will be processed week commencing 18th May 2026.

 

Account status and continuity of supply

To help ensure there are no delays to your orders and that patients maintain sufficient supply, please ensure that all overdue accounts are settled and up to date before placing orders during this period.
