As part of STADA’s ‘Our Mission – Your Health’, Britannia Pharmaceuticals Ltd is committed to putting people at the heart of everything we do.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) declared the COVID-19 virus a global pandemic on 11th March 2020. We recognise this is a serious, evolving health situation and are undertaking steps as an organisation to play our part in supporting both patients and our employees.
Working closely with our supply-chain partners and relevant authorities, Britannia is taking several measures to safeguard access to medication for patients and healthcare professionals in relation to latest UK guidance and legislation.
While supporting healthcare systems is a key priority for Britannia in these challenging times, so too is protecting the health and well-being of our employees. Remote working is still in place at Britannia, however our offices are open for employees. We have introduced additional measures into our office to help mitigate the spread of the virus and to ensure the safety of our employees.
During these challenging times, we kindly ask patients, healthcare providers and wider communities for their understanding and support. Our technical helpline, whilst still running will be monitored by a smaller team and you may experience longer wait times than usual and delays in connections as our staff may be working remotely. Please be assured we are working to keep this available during the COVID-19 outbreak.
