Ordering and Delivery Schedule over the Christmas and New Year period

To guarantee delivery by 22nd December 2023, all orders must be received by 15th December 2023. Orders can continue to be placed after this date, but delivery will not be guaranteed by 22nd December 2023. For delivery pre-New Year, orders must be placed by 21st December 2023 (*for area exceptions to these times, please see note below)
Please note our order line will close at 12.30pm on Friday 22nd December 2023. We will be open between 9.00am and noon on 27th, 28th and 29th December 2023 to process orders. Normal business will resume on Tuesday 2nd January 2024.
In order to ensure your patient has sufficient supply to cover this holiday period, it is important that all overdue accounts are paid up to date, therefore avoiding any possible delays in the processing of your orders.
*Northern Ireland
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 13/12/2023. There will be no further deliveries until w/c 02/01/2024.
*Scottish Highlands and Islands / Channel Islands / Isle of Man
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 11/12/2023. There will be no further deliveries until w/c 02/01/2024. For deliveries required after 02/01/2024, orders must be placed by 21/12/2023.
*Scotland
Please note, as 02/01/2024 is a bank holiday in Scotland, the first delivery in 2024 will be 03/01/2024.
