To guarantee delivery by 23rd December 2025, all orders must be received by 16th December 2025. Orders can continue to be placed after this date, but delivery will not be guaranteed by 23rd December 2025. For delivery pre-New Year, orders must be placed by 19th December 2025 (* for area exceptions to these times, please see note below)
Please note our order line will close at 12.30pm on Wednesday 24th December 2025. We will be open between 9.00am and noon on 29th, 30th and 31st December 2025 to process orders. Our order line will be closed Thursday 1st January 2026 and normal business will resume on Friday 2nd January 2026.
In order to ensure your patient has sufficient supply to cover this holiday period, it is important that all overdue accounts are paid up to date, therefore avoiding any possible delays in the processing of your orders.
*Northern Ireland
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 12th December 2025. There will be no further deliveries until w/c 5th January 2026.
*Scottish Highlands and Islands/Channel Islands/Isle of Man
For delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 10th December 2025. There will be no further deliveries until w/c 5th January 2026.
*Scotland
Please note, as 2nd January 2026 is a bank holiday in Scotland, the first delivery in 2026 will be 5th January 2026.
